About Us

Native Plant Garden Design

Inspired by nature, we create habitat by assembling plant communities from plants of our region.

Rainwater Harvesting

  • Passive Rainwater Harvesting: shaping earth to naturally collect water when it rains
  • Active Rainwater Harvesting: cisterns and rain tanks that need to be actively turned on to access water

Erosion Control

By stabilizing the earth with rock and wood mulch, plants can return and habitat can be restored.

Our People

Caleb Weaver, Designer & Ecologist

Caleb Weaver has been harvesting rainwater, educating about habitat restoration, constructing ecosystems, and working with borderland communities since 2011. A graduate of University of Arizona with degrees in Ecology/Evolutionary Biology and Geosciences, Caleb has lived in Patagonia, Arizona since 2012. He moved to the rural, mountainous borderlands to engage with hands-on habitat restoration and support the regional culture of environmental ethics.

Caleb has apprenticed with Landscape Architects, received the Permaculture Design Certificate with the Sonoran Permaculture Guild, and the Water Harvesting Design Certificate from Watershed Management Group. He has partnered with nonprofits and municipalities to write grants, design parks and public spaces, and educate youth visiting from across the country.
